ROAD TRIP STARTS AT SETON HILL

The Concord Volleyball team opened its final weekend of the regular season with a 25-21, 25-16, 25-21 defeat at the hands of Seton Hill in a WVIAC match Friday night in Greensburg, PA.

Sophomore Jasmin Sutherland topped the Lady Lions with six kills.  Helen Theisen, Becca Lovejoy and Sarah Jones added five apiece.

Concord's defense was busy, recording 80 digs.  Theisen led the way with 19, Amanda Walker had 16, Brytni Willis 15 and Nikki McMillan 14.

Theisen and McMillan combined for 21 assists.

For Seton Hill, Corrine Gahagen had 12 kills, Courtney Field 30 assists and Katie Bloomgren 27 digs.



The Lady Lions (15-18, 5-8) conclude the regular season with a WVIAC match at Fairmont State on Saturday, November 5.  The match begins at 11:00 am.
