The Concord's Women's Soccer team didn't get the seeding it wanted, but it got the next best thing – hosting a first round match in the 2010 WVIAC Tournament.

The Lady Lions hoped to be the #3 seed in the six-team field. But Alderson-Broaddus' 4-1 win over Shepherd on Saturday, October 30 gave the Battlers the 3rd spot and left Concord in 4th.

CU will host 5th-seed Wheeling Jesuit in a first-round game on Monday, November 1. Kickoff is scheduled for 2:00 pm at Anderson Field. Admission is free.
