LADY LIONS JOIN THE FIGHT AGAINST BREAST CANCER

Breast Cancer Awareness Ribbon 300 x 300
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. As part of it, Concord's Volleyball triangular meet on Tuesday, October 12 is designated as “Dig Pink Day” at the Carter Center.

“Dig Pink” is a nationwide campaign conducted by the Side Out Foundation aimed at raising awareness of the fight against breast cancer. Women's sports teams around the country – and many men's teams, including all 32 teams in the National Football League – have worn pink on game days to show their solidarity.
