Athens, WV- The Lady Lions welcomed in the Pitt-Johnstown Lady Cats for their final weekend of the regular season. The Lady Cats defeated the Lady Lions 3-0. The game scores were 30-15, 30-19, and 30-19.
Amber Miller led the Lady Lions in kills with 12, while Emily Wilson and Kayla Martin both added 5 kills. Tomi Dement led the Lady Lions in sets with 17 and Megan Epperley added 9 of her own. Lindsey Sheppherd led the team in digs with 8 as Kelly Newberry ended the game with 7 digs.
The Lady Lions will play their final regular season match before the WVIAC tournament tomorrow morning at 10:00am. The Lady Lions will be squaring off with the Seton Hill Griffins. Concord Football will be playing right after the Lady Lions at 1:00pm on June O. Shott Field.
