Athens, WV- Concord hosted the Shepherd University Rams tonight in WVIAC action. Shepherd slipped by Concord in game one and went on the defeat the Lady Lions 3-0. The final scores were 31-29, 30-20, and 30-21.
Leading the way for the Lady Lions in kills was Amber Miller with 7. Lindsey Shepperd, Chelsea Mallory, and Emily Wilson each added 5 kills of their own. Tomi Dement and Megan Epperley split the setting duties as they both had 9 sets. Tomi Dement also led the Lady Lions in digs with 8, while Lindsey Sheppard and Amber Miller both added 7 digs.
Concord (4-20) will host the University of Charleston on Monday, October 15th at 6:00pm.
