Mills hit a personal-record mark in the javelin throw at the Wildcat Invite hosted by Randolph College. Mills went over 30 meters for the first time in her career by tossing 31.81 meters. Her career-best throw moved her from 15th to third in the Mountain East Conference. She finished fourth in the event at Randolph.
