Abdussalaam broke a six-year old program record in the pentathlon over the weekend. She scored 2,492 points which eclipsed the previous mark set by Kaitlen Hubbard during the 2018 indoor season. Abdussalaam's point total is third best in the Mountain East Conference this season. Her best event was in the 60-meter hurdles where she collected 693 points.
