Nicholson had a three-point afternoon as Concord opened the season with a 3-0 win over Salem Sunday afternoon. He assisted on CU's first goal in the 54th minute before scoring the final goal for the Mountain Lions. in the 89th minute to help seal the win. Nicholson also tied for the team lead with four shots in the game.
