Hearst was named USTFCCCA All-Atlantic Region in the 100-meter dash for the outdoor season. Hearst clocked 10.59 seconds in the event in late March at the VertKlasse Meeting at High Point. His time was tied for fifth fastest in the Atlantic Region.
