Smith recorded Concord's first shutout of the season as he stopped seven shots on Sunday afternoon in a 1-0 win over Alderson Broaddus. It was Smith's first career start. Included in the seven saves was stopping a free kick on a diving save with 10 seconds left in the contest to preserve the Mountain Lions' victory.
