Prather broke a second school record during the indoor season. After setting the mile record in back-to-back weekends, the Summersville, West Virginia native ran 8:14.44 in the 3,000-meter run at Grand Valley State to set a new program mark by four seconds. Prather's time is an MEC best for the 2021-22 indoor season and ranks just outside the top 40 in Division II.
