Penn netted a goal and tallied two assists in a 1-1 week for the Mountain Lions. The Romford, England native scored the game-winning goal in a 3-1 win over Wheeling on Wednesday while also adding an assist on Concord's third goal. He returned Sunday to deliver an assist on a free kick to tie the game with Alderson-Broaddus at 1-1.
