Thompson went 1-1 over eight innings in the circle as she allowed four earned runs and struck out 15. Thompson fanned a career-best 13 hitters over five innings in a win over Bemidji State. She allowed just three hits on one run against BSU. She also tossed three innings and struck out two against nationally-ranked Augustana. Thompson also went 7-of-12 (.583) at the plate
