Kontio was named a Third Team All-American by the D2 Conference Commissioner's Association as her and teammate Leah Foster are the second and third All-Americans in the history of the women's soccer program. The duo joins Annette Larsen who was an All-American after the 2002 season. Kontio had 11 goals and three assists in 2019.
