Fowler had a career-best 12 tackles, one tackle for loss and two pass break-ups as Concord defeated West Virginia Wesleyan, 28-24. Fowler was the only player in the game with double-digit tackles for either team and one of his pass break-ups was a game-clinching break-up on the goal line as time expired. Over the last three games, Fowler has 34 tackles
