Henry broke the school record in the 300-meter dash by running 41.37 seconds and winning the event at Roanoke College. Henry also finished third in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.06 seconds. Additionally, the Elkview, West Virginia native helped CU to a season-best time of 4:08.44 in the 4x400-meter relay at the meet over the weekend
