Gore broke a 14-year old school in the long jump Saturday afternoon at the Golden Eagle Invite. Gore leaped 7.01 meters to best Cedric Ware's previous record by .11 meters. The Fayetteville, West Virginia native also set a new outdoor personal-record with the jump. Gore won the long jump at the Golden Eagle Invite, and was fourth in the 100-meter dash (11.56 seconds).
