Knowles had a stellar meet over the weekend at the Liberty Kickoff where she posted two top-25 finishes and top personal-record times in the 1,000-meter run and mile run. Knowles placed 13th and ran 3:21.22 in the 1,000-meters before returning to the oval to run 5:39.77 in the mile and finish 22nd.
