Beatty was 2-0 on the week for the Mountain Lions as she recorded a 10-4 win over Charleston and notched her second shutout of the season in a 3-0 victory over West Virginia State. Beatty limited UC to five hits and one run after entering the game in a 3-0 hole in the first inning. On Saturday, the Roanoke, Virginia native scattered three hits in her seven-inning effort against WVSU.
