Meadows broke the 500-meter dash school record at the Marietta Invitational as he ran 1:08.26 in the event to eclipse Szymon Rola's 2009 record of 1:08.54. The Beckley, West Virginia native went on to place third in the 500-meter dash. Meadows also helped his distance medley relay team to a third-place finish in Marietta, Ohio Friday.
