Starliper finished as the runner-up at the Mountain East Conference Championship Saturday morning at Pipestem State Park. By finishing as the runner-up, Starliper secured a spot on the first All-MEC team. Starliper clocked a personal-best time of 27:18. It was also the third straight meet Starliper has placed second.
