Concord University senior Shawnee Carnett produced another standout performance last weekend at the Fred Hardy Invitational. Carnett ran an NCAA provisional qualifying time of 4:34.78 to place sixth in the 1,500-meter run. In addition to her provisional mark, the sixth fastest in NCAA Division II, Carnett also finished third in the 400-meter dash thanks to a school-record time of 56.17 seconds as well as placing 25th in the 200-meter dash at 26.51 seconds.
