Senior Shawnee Carnett continued her historic career last week by hitting an NCAA automatic qualifying mark in the 800-meter run. The former national champion and multi-time All-American ran the 800-meters in a school-record time of 2:09.52 at the Armory Collegiate Invitational. The time is currently the fastest 800-meter time in all of NCAA Division II.
