Djigo capped an impressive week as he was named the Mountain East Conference Defensive Player of the Year, voted to the All-MEC First Team and earned a spot on the All-MEC Tournament Team. Djigo notched his 19th and 20th double-doubles of the season in Concord's run to the MEC Semifinals. He averaged 20 points and 17 rebounds in the MEC Tournament after having regular season averages of 16.2 points and 13.0 rebounds. Djigo became Concord's second straight MEC Defensive Player of the Year.
