Santi Possu became the first All-American in the history of Concord men's soccer when he was named to the United Soccer Coach First Team. Possu finished top 15 in Division II in goals (13) and points (30) while leading the Mountain Lions back to the Mountain East Conference Championship Game. He recorded two hat tricks during the season and had a brace in the MEC Semifinals versus West Liberty.
