Jackson finished eighth in the javelin at the Jack Toms Invite over the weekend. She tossed a personal-record distance of 35.07 meters. Her throw ranks second in the MEC this season. Jackson was also 0.02 meters off her personal record in the long jump as she marked 4.98 meters and placed 12th at Lynchburg. The Peterstown, West Virginia is ninth in the MEC in the long jump.
