CU FINISHES 13th AT DANA RADER

The Concord women's golf team showed improvement in holding steady after the second and final round of the season-opening Dana Rader Invitational on Tuesday.

Marina Erice fired her second straight 76 to move up five spots and finish 7th in the individual standings.  The sophomore from Pamplona, Spain was just three shots off the lead, and tied for 4th in the field in par-4 scoring (+4) and 5th in pars (22).

Justine Knox shot an 81 Tuesday to climb 16 spots on the leaderboard, tying for 33rd place.

Shelby Myers carded an 87 – ten shots better than the 1st round – to move up two places to 72nd.  Heather McMillen posted a 98 Tuesday to tie for 77th.




Up next for CU is the Northern Kentucky Spring Invitational on March 24-25 in Perry Park, KY.
