Mountain Lions Finish Weekend in Blacksburg

A top-five finish highlighted Concord Track & Field's showing at the second day of the VT Challenge on Saturday, February 20th.

Sterling Snyder came in fifth in the Men's 5000-meter run, the Mountain Lions' top showing of the weekend.




Concord's other top showings:
Bobby Thompson, 11th in the Men's Shot Put
Chelsea Callaway, 14th in the Women's 5000 Meters
Danielle Pye, 16th in the Women's 800 Meters (teammate Rachel Williams was 22nd)
Szymon Rola, 18th in the Men's 800 Meters
Shawnee Carnett, 24th in the Women's 400 Meters

Concord 4x400 Relay team finished 17th.
