Scores of young soccer players took part in Concord Men's Soccer head coach Steve Barrett's summer camp this week.


Barrett drew on the recently-completely World Cup as part of his instruction plan.


Bluefield Daily Telegraph sportswriter and longtime soccer devotee Jed Lockett posted an article on the camp in the newspaper's July 24 edition.
