The list keeps getting longer: Concord's Baseball team has picked up more post-season honors.
Second baseman Greyson Schram has earned First-Team All-America honors from the American Baseball Coaches Association and the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association, with shortstop Donovan Huffer securing a spot on the ABCA's All-America Third Team.
The latest honors complete a sweep of the major All-America teams for Schram, who earlier was named to the Daktronics First Team All-America squad.
Both Daktronics and the NCBWA also named Schram the Atlantic Region Player of the Year and a First Team All-Region player.
Schram is the 2010 West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference's Player of the Year, Hitter of the Year, and a member of the All-WVIAC First Team.
(He's also a finalist for the inaugural Tino Martinez Award as Division II's top player. Find out how to help Schram win the award here: www.cumountainlions.com/news/2010/5/17/BSB_0517101715.aspx.)
Huffer has earned First Team spots on the All-WVIAC and the ABCA All-Atlantic Region squads. He was also named to both the Daktronics and NCBWA's All-Atlantic Region 2nd teams, and grabbed ABCA Atlantic Region Second Team Gold Glove honors.
